Delivery Policy

UV Gear holds extensive stock in all product lines at most of the time. As such it is our policy to make delivery to you within 3 working days.

In situations where we are out-of-stock on a product line, you will be contacted by Email or telephone to advise of shortages and given a proposed delivery date. We can also suggest alternative product options if this be the case.

Where your order is urgent, please notify us in the notes section of the checkout page and we will attempt to meet your deadlines.

Delivery services are as follows:

UK Excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands:
  • Small orders under 2 kilos in weight will be sent 1st class or 1st class recorded.
  • Delicate items, bulbs and paint have to be sent by carrier irrespective of value.
  • All orders over 2 kilos are generally shipped by our carrier.

UK Excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands:
  • Small orders under 2 kilos in weight will be sent 1st class or 1st class recorded. Delivery is generally 2 days.
  • Delicate items, bulbs and paint have to be sent by carrier irrespective of value on a 2 day service.
  • All orders over 2 kilos are generally shipped by our carrier and take 2 days.

EU Community Countries:

  • Small orders under 2 kilos in weight will be sent recorded airmail (2-7 days transit)
  • Orders of certain items under 2 kilos that require carrier transport and all orders over 2 kilos are generally shipped by air mail or Fedex (3-7 days transit)

Rest of the World:

  • Shipping orders to territories outside the EU are mostly sent by air parcel post or Fedex subject to order value and contents. Delivery time depends on region but all order should arrive within 10 working days.
