Do you supply customers outside the UK?
Most definitely! Export orders account for a good proportion of our sales. There is not a corner of the world that we have not shipped to. Process your order in the normal way and choose your shipping destination at the checkout. Relevant postal charges will apply.

Do you charge VAT?
All of our prices include a VAT element. There are no exemptions. If you are buying from outside the EEC, VAT will not be charged on your order. If paying via Paypal, please select your country. Non EU countries will have zero-rate VAT calculated on the total. If you are in the EU and have a registered VAT number, we canalso ship your goods at the zero-rate. Please Email yourEU VAT number for us to complete your order correctly.

Can you make bespoke or 'custom' products?
We are delighted to offer bespoke services. For example, we have our own laser and CNC cutting facilities enabling us to make unique signs, advertising boards, acrylic shapes etc. We can also vac-form acrylic to create 3-dimensional products to order. Please email us for further details.
