Purchasing Options

UV Gear is a manufacturer, importer and distributor of phosphorescent, photo luminescent, fluorescent and related products. We are a sub-division of Mark SG Enterprises, an international marketing company based in the UK.

We have over 20 years experience in product distribution and abide by English law. Our shipping service is global but subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.

Customers are welcome to purchase items from us and pay us using any one of the following methods:

Paypal Order.
The internet’s foremost money transacting service. If you use Ebay tm, you may well have already set up a Paypal transaction account. If you are new to Paypal, the registration process will take several days. This is due to Paypal’s commitment to providing a safe and secure network. We happily work with Paypal but would advise all users to set their account up thoughtfully – Be secure!
Paypal transactions are internet-instant as cleared funds and your payment through this service will enable to process and ship your order* immediately. On orders of less than £500.00, we do not charge a handling fee for Paypal transactions. We recommend that orders to a value of over £500.00 should be communicated by Email (See Email Order below)

WorldPay Order. (currently unavailable)
Our second option is to pay for your goods using your Credit or Debit Card. The following Card types can be used with Worldpay.

& International equivalents.
You will be asked to provide full information to Worldpay to complete your payment. Remember to include a shipping address if it is not the same as your registered card address. As with Paypal, this is an internet-instant transaction and allows us to ship* to you immediately we receive the order. On orders of less than £500.00, we do not charge a handling fee for Worldpay transactions. If you choose to buy using Worldpay, orders in excess of £200.00 will be subject to a card-processing fee of 2.5% net order value. Our pricing is always competitive and we will need to pass on a small part of the charge for bigger orders. It should be noted that we are always actively trying to drive online trading commissions down.

Email Order.
We are happy to accept your order using our E-mail account. Orders that are sent by email can be paid for using the following methods:
Sterling Cheque Payment
Euro Cheque payment
BACS Bank transfer payment
Postal Order
International Money Order
Cash.
Use the shopping basket in the normal way and at the checkout page, select Email order and complete the options form. We will endeavour to respond to your order within 2 hours during normal working hours.

Please include a copy of your order, your delivery/shipping address and details of your cheque guarantee when posting your payment. We may require up to 5 days to allow for the clearing of funds.

Bank Transfers can be made to either our UK Sterling or Euro currency HSBC Bank Accounts. Please contact us by phone for our account details.

Money orders represent cleared funds and we are therefore able to ship your order* on the day of postal receipt.

Cash Payments.

In the UK, you can walk into any branch of the HSBC bank with our banking details below and deposit funds in our account at the desk. Cash funds are immediately credited to our account allowing us to process your order immediately. To speed up the process, we recommend you telephone or Email us with details of the branch sort code where the deposit is made. This in turn allows us to “look out” for your payment. Bank details available on request.

You can also visit us at our factory warehouse offices at the address below to make your payment in cash or cheque with bank card security. However, we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to process your order. Always telephone us first to agree an appointment before taking the trouble to visit. By appointment, we will be delighted to show you around our facility and to inspect products.
