These UV safety glasses use special amber lenses to help the eyes see fluorescence more clearly when using UVA. Additionally, they protect the eyes from fatigue when spending long periods of time under blacklight conditions. Ther glasses are NOT recommended for protection against short wave UV . Prolonged direct eye contact should never be made regardless of any light. Always practice safety first! This polycarbonate product is impact resistant, but not unbreakable.
